Man Arrested After Beheading Wife For Taking Too Long To Prepare Tea
A 52-year-old man has been detained by the police for supposedly decapitating his wife following a claim that she took too much time to prepare his morning tea at their residence in Faljagadh, India.
As reported by the Times of India, Dharamveer grew increasingly upset when he questioned his wife Sundari about the delay in serving his morning tea.
Dharamveer reportedly woke up at 6 am on Tuesday and requested his regular morning coffee. After some time, he inquired about it again, and Sundari informed him that the tea would take an additional ten minutes to be ready.
Sundari’s reaction caused Dharamveer, who was now furious, to descend downstairs to retrieve his sword.
Subsequently, he allegedly stabbed his wife in the back while she was preparing tea, and the ensuing struggle woke their four children.

“Jolted out of sleep by her cries, the children rushed to the terrace and tried to save their mother but Dharamveer swished the sword at them too. They went back to their room in fear,” police superintendent Vivek Yadav told The Times of India.
He is said to have stabbed Sundari about 15 times before decapitating her.
Soldier, the couple’s son, mentioned that his father frequently argued with their mother during tea time, yet he had never seen his father act violently towards Sundari.
“We were in shock when we saw her body on the terrace, blood trickling out of the wounds,” said Soldier.
Dharamveer was discovered in tears beside the body, leading to his arrest by the police and subsequent placement in custody.
Meanwhile, Sandura’s body has been sent for autopsy.
